The visit of Doctor Khalifa to the Ministry of Industry

Dr. Khalifa Jaafar, the Executive Chairman of the Productive Family Organization for Capacity Building, paid a highly successful visit to the Ministry of Industry, where he met with Engineer Butool Abbas Awad, the Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Industry.

The purpose of the visit was to discuss how the productive families organization could participate in the “Made in Sudan” exhibition.

She affirmed her support for all productive families during the meeting and expressed her efforts to engage with various entities to sponsor the exhibition. She specifically mentioned the Federation of Sudanese Chambers of Industry and the Giyad Company. Furthermore, she announced her support for the participating productive families in the exhibition by providing display screens.

For their part, the representatives of the productive families expressed their agreement with what was discussed at the meeting and showed their eagerness to participate. The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Industry, Dr. Mustafa, who delivered a positive speech to the attendees, emphasizing the need to work according to a strategic plan to ensure quality, sustainability, and the advancement of Sudanese society towards sustainable development.

The meeting also discussed the fees to be charged for productive families participating in the ‘Made in Sudan’ exhibition.

Everyone agreed on the need to set a reasonable fee so that everyone can participate and showcase the bright side of productive families at the exhibition.

The ministry announced that Hall number 3 will be dedicated to small-scale and handicraft projects by productive families.

On the sidelines of the meeting, there was a brainstorming session for the representatives of productive families, and everyone welcomed the need for collective work under one umbrella to support family projects and serve as a front for the group in various forums.

The visit was very successful and was welcomed and praised by everyone.
