Dr. Khalifa initiated the discussion by recounting the beginning of productive families programs in the United Arab Emirates, which started as a mere idea and vision stemming from his desire to help Sudanese families residing there find job opportunities and cope with the living conditions in the UAE.
The idea later materialized, and it was praised by Professor Mansouri, who pledged to implement it within the Sudanese community to contribute to lifting the community out of poverty.
Engineer Mustafa Ajabani discussed the role of productive families programs in attracting Sudanese families and providing various free online and in-person courses. He mentioned that the number of participants exceeded expectations due to the high turnout and engagement in the diverse free courses.
Ms. Rasha Mohamed Ahmed Taher, a representative of the General Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid, attended the registration ceremony and recited the articles of the organization’s bylaws.
She stated that there are two types of agendas in the bylaws, especially regarding the legal aspect which is subject to discussion and inquiry and cannot be changed according to laws 2006 and 2013.
She also clarified that the part related to objectives, means, trusts, and administrative structure is subject to change.
Mr. Sadeq Mohamed Hassan continued to complete the remaining articles, objectives, and all the details of the bylaws in front of the members.
There were many interventions from the trustees and new members, and it is worth mentioning that the executive office was unanimously approved.
